Hello Lennon and everyone who comes in at a later point!
I think I will be popping in here today and maybe tomorrow afternoon. I plan to mostly relax today, and do some weekly cleaning tasks here and there under the radar. And maybe grocery shop. Tomorrow I have some events (+ gym) to go to in the AM/noon/afternoon, and I suspect that I am really tired when I get back home, so Iäll try to get mostly of the (minimum) weekly cleaning tasks done today. Laundry I can do tomorrow. Dishes, trash, change towels and sheets, swish and swipe, reset BR, kitchen, livingroom, entry. Vacuum clean. Shower, Pilates, simple manicure.
I ate breakfast, refilled soap dispenser and put some items away and reviewed my shopping list. Next task would probably need to be showering and getting ready for grocery shopping and a walk.

Good morning OnTheMend!
Thanks for starting the thread, lennon!
Sleep last night was the same pattern, some lesser anxiety from the dog early in the night but she settled down and I got okay sleep until about 5:30 and then was wide awake. It's another nice, chilly morning!
I definitely did not leave the house uncluttered last night, so first priority for today is to get back to uncluttered. I did, however, finish the second large plant table in the reading room, so both tables and all plants that will remain on them for the winter are taken care of. There is still a smaller plant table to sort out, additional plant stuff to find space for, and the floor is now covered with plant bits, but it was the two tables that were the worst and they're done. As far as the office supplies, the paper supplies (cards, stickers, etc.) are mostly sorted out, but I still have a couple of containers of all the miscellaneous stuff, which I may or may not work on now. And there's some more in the basement...

I have started PEEPing in the bathroom, clutter patrol is almost done, and I cleaned a little storage cubbie I recently bought. Toilet cleaner is soaking. Some other things have been put away. Very slow and relaxing day so far, just the way I wanted it to be.

I'm glad you will have a relaxing Saturday, OnTheMend!
The dog finally wanted to go out, she definitely wasn't ready at 6. On top of the outside garbage can, which is very near the large sunflower plant, I found a sunflower torn apart in shreds. So the squirrels are also helping to eat up the seeds before I can find them!
TO DO:
10 minutes on paper Fill out 2 different Walmart surveys Restock water in fridge Delete 10 hard emails

Hi lennon OnTheMend and Diane It is another beautiful fall day here for Saturday. Should probably turn the heat on in my house but the other residents all have fur coats and I have blankets- I am trying to hold off as long as I can. Yesterday was a tough day due to work issues. I had a really pleasant treat though -I had a delivery of a goodie box from a florist filled with all sorts of treats. It was from one of my colleagues who was being nice because she knew what situation I’m in! this was really really sweet and now I have these really sweet goodies to eat that I would never buy for myself. and I have a very pleasant memory to substitute for some bad work ones. It was cute too - I heard puppy barking and I went to see what was up and she was barking at the balloon that came with the package. Chaos even sent me a text at the end of the day telling me to have a great weekend and a lot of support of messaging so that was also nice. I ran four errands on my lunch yesterday: I returned some bottles Went to the posh grocery store to get a few things that I need from there like Drano went to the pet store for pet food went to Aldi’s to buy a bunch of cheap tuna, for my pill methodology with my sweet little girl cat Today I have lunch plans so that’s sort of high point of the day. I did the dishes did a little pick up. It’s so interesting to me how emotional distress can lead to other things- yesterday I ate badly and I didn’t clean up -I just didn’t take care of myself so today I don’t feel that great but I know I’ll get better, my goals today are simple: Have a fun lunch vacuum clean off the dining room table do some laundry take care of my little animal tribe I might try to fit a trip to the library as a treat Have a good day all

Good morning reve! Yes, down time is important when you've been busy.
Next, I'm going to work on a bench in the bedroom that holds two large woven storage baskets for clothing and bed linens. I need to empty them out and only keep essentials, also check the storage part of the bench underneath (it's small, an old piano bench) because I don't even remember what's in there.

Good morning oust!
That project didn't take as long as I thought it would, but I had to shake my head when I opened the bench to see what was inside. I found one of a set of rectangular plastic trays that I use for plants, an extension cord, 2 cardboard envelopes I saved for shipping books that I don't even need as I have many better options, and of all things, some postage stamps! Obviously at some point I scooped up whatever was on a surface and stashed it in there and never looked at it again--it's been over a year since I opened that bench.
Speaking of postage stamps, I went to the USPS website and they now have the snow globe stamps and the woodland animal stamps, I like both of these so much! So I will place an order. I usually order for my shopping friend too but she's not in the mental frame of mind to be thinking about postage stamps since she's not using any now, so I think I'll just buy an extra sheet of each and save them for her, I know she'll like these designs.
Next:
Write a military letter Balance checkbook and pay a bill Fill out surveys from a bank and a vitamin company Delete 10 hard emails
