Here's what I plan for today and tomorrow: do dishes clear kitchen and dining room table (again, this is a daily thing here as everyone just drops stuff on them.) Change bed linen and remake bed. Clear of dressers in bedroom. Clear floor in bedroom. Move tables from mudroom to the spare room. Clear off bookcase in bedroom. Vacuum the whole downstairs and stairs Sort out one drawer or cabinet the kitchen (my plan is to do one a day until Christmas, then keep it up weekly once they're sorted.) Go to grocery, if my stomach will let me. If not, we have food to eat for today and that will have to do. I'm going to try to not eat much in hopes of killing this bug. I didn't get started until 12:08, then worked a bit over, but at least I worked. I got almost all the dishes loaded in the dishwasher and started. I also hand washed two big items. I still have another washer load to do of seasonal items, but that can wait until this load finishes. Sleepymom, isn't it amazing how things can get messy in just one week? I did a big clean two weeks ago for a ladies night and then within the week, we couldn't tell I'd done it at all. I'm going to try to really do the daily things everyday... that's my big weakness. WTG to you for doing the laundry and dishes!! Sometimes I don't do them... OK back to work. Will report back shortly.

Hi Quax & SleepyMom. Quax -- I hope you feel better. SleepyMom -- Good luck on those papers... a week for me takes a long time to go thru. Here's what I did: went thru yesterdays mail & papers. Posted detail in the other thread about daily mail, etc. Next: Spend 15 minutes on dishes. Poof! CD

Hi Cando Well done getting your mail and papers done. I struggle with that, too. Need to add it to my list... . Got the kitchen and dining room table cleared. There is one more table in the kitchen, but I'm not counting that. It will count as a drawer or cabinet, because it has lots of kitchen items on and not things that can just be put away. I'm going to make lunch now and then start in my bedroom. Should be back in about one hour.

It's been a very productive hour or two. After a some time in the dining room, I ended up sending most of the time in the storage/work room right behind it. I cleaned out a two drawer filing cabinet and put all the various candles that formerly had no home. They had been collecting on the dining table. Also vacuumed in there and found a place to store some things. Though not complete, it looks much better, and will only help when I go back to work more in the dining room in a few minutes. Also did some trash and recy and put-away. Plodding along.... .

WTG Cando and BetsyMarie!!
We just had lunch. The kids had noodles and I had beef broth and some saltine crackers. Feeling no so good right now, so I'm going to lay down for an hour.
I did go ahead and put a load of towels on to wash and put the lunch dishes in the sink.
Will check back in when I get up.

Update
Wood work and walls in ds's bed room have been vacuumed, wiped down with denatured alcohol, cleaned with Murphys oil soap. Touch up on paint has been done. DS, DD and niece took pies to memaw (with 80 candles on 2 pies) she really enjoyed it very simple and inexpensive.

Here are the things I really would like to get done during the weekend! - IN PROCESS finish essay - write email to the professor - call about writing desk - swish and swipe the small bathroom - gym - start christmas shopping on Sat. - vacuum + dishes every day and ETE after myself Hello everybody! Sorry I disappeared! Above is my updated list of things I'd like to get done/have done this weekend. Our shopping today went really well, we had great time with DFiancé and got many things we had been looking for, and also run some errands too. And went to grocery shopping for the coming week. We were out for about 4 hours and I must say after getting home, making dinner and eating, I was exhausted! I took a nap and woke up a while ago. It's 11 PM here, and my sleeping schedules are all mixe up at the moment, I feel awake and energetic. I would like to wash dishes now, swish and swipe small bathroom and write school paper. I'll start with putting dishes soaking and S&S. I'm glad to see so many of you here, great jobs, everybody!!!

You all have done excellently while I snoozed. I've been up about 12 minutes and half folded a load of clothes and put away. Big Girl is emptying the dishwasher for me. DH just called and said he'll be home in about 30 minutes, so I want to get the bathroom cleaned and do the rest of the dishes. After that I'll go on to the grocery store. Not sure how much more I'll get done after that. He likes me to watch tv, ect. with him, but I'll try. If not, I'll come back tomorrow. Keep up the good work!!

Quax -- I know what you mean about DH wanting you to spend time with him. Mine does that, too. Definitely distracting. Made partial grocery list. Now, off to grocery store. CD
