Ha! I wish I was out of "rubbish." Not even close. Some of it's harder to get to now, however.
4th day, 4th bag. A small bag, but a bag. Some days are harder. And then a local feral cat snuck into my room and *literally* climbed the walls freaking out when I came back in and unknowingly shut the door. A little added chaos, and some things broken. Startled me pretty good, too.

So, had to go out of town for a couple of days. Makes it challenging, HOWEVER, I have my computer with me, and I just completely cleared the desktop, which it has needed for some time, so.... That's 5 bags in 5 days.

I'm in after hitting a bump in the road with the 40 bag challenge. I did get rid of 18 bags though so am happy about that. Good work everyone.

1 bag of mixed plastic/glass metal out for recycling, and 1 box of paper out for recycling. (I sorted through much of a big box of paper, still have a little more to go.)

7 bags in 7 days. HUGE bag of laundry. (Almost too big. That's something I need to be careful with)

So you still have a lot of rubbish left Rob? Everyone is making me feel underprivileged as I have so little to throw away and recycle and it is all very recent.
It is really good the way people keep going, and having a daily quota and holiday deadline does help to break a huge task into manageable chunks.

Box of clothes and a new football were given to my friend for her son. Box has been hangingout in DR for awhile. It is gone!!!!! WHen I came back (after delivering the box) I found one more shirt! So time to start another bag for him.
3-4 boxes in the trash - boxes collapsed and in the recycle bin with the trash.

to everyone on keeping up the chain, and on finding creative ways to define a "bag". Aquamarine, maybe someone on this thread would be willing to bring some of their clutter over to your house so you don't feel left out! Diane

Yeah, Aquamarine, I've got tons of trash if you want to feel a part of. Not having garbage to follow along with is what is referred to in Alcoholics Anonymous as a "Quality Problem." Just wish us well, remember when you started out and maybe struggled a bit and think, "There but for The Grace go I..."
