Ooh, turkey! Those are the kinds of "jobs" that I just have to **MAKE** myself do! I'd rather go to the dentist to have another root canal!!

I'm a little late posting (was exhausted!!) but Thursday I brought 2 items to be returned to the post office, turned in the paperwork for volunteer position for my ds, and I faxed an assistance request for a course extension. WoooooooHOOOOOOOOOO!!!!! Turkeyhill!!! Do you feel lighter?

This little party is so happy, I had to bring them over to this new page! Ah, now I can hear them! Plink plink!!! It's getting too hot out there now, so I'm bringing boxes in to sort. I'll do 45 min total focus. 15 minute break. I'll get moving while the dance is in me! No WAIT! This is what I want to say: I'M MOVING SO THE DANCE IS IN ME!

isingandlaugh yes i did. My "ukekele" is going to be a functioning craft room. Beyond having the space freed up once its cleared, i will invest in a makeover to help make the room work well. Tap, tap goes the hammer as i build a functional space.

Crisis De-Squaloring Day. My no-deadline-except-for-how-I-feel-about-it has suddenly changed to AACCCCKKKKK!!!!!! A little panicky, a little stressed. But it's still early enough (noon-ish) and no commitments for the rest of the day. I have lots of coffee. I can not procrastinate at all.
Last night a huge gigantour tree branch fell in our backyard. It is from our neighbor's tree. Thank goodness no one was hurt and miraculously it fell just inches from the fence and missed our neighbor's bedroom. We ran to her house as soon as we heard it. She is elderly and we were so scared she was under it. All safe, all good on that front.
The Crisis: she scheduled the tree people to come tomorrow morning at 9:00. (she's handling the expense. yay!) They will have to go by and actually drag equipment through my worst squalor at the side of the house and by the porch where the ukelele is waiting at the bottom of many, many square feet of who-knows-what. She will probably want to come over and see the tree. The thought makes me shudder. She is the most put together, organized, tidy, correct, clean, lovely, gracious, perfectly coiffed at every moment person I know. SHE IRONS HER SHEETS. Just writing this is making my heart pound crazy. Going out to just DO ANYTHING and organize thoughts as I go.

Thank you thank you thank you, Swamped!!! How wonderful to come in to this cheer! : ) I put in a quote so I can see it double! Having a quick bit of dinner (it's 7pm here) and heading back before I lose the light. Making some headway. Staying mostly calm and focused, with no freak outs. But the night is young. : )

isingandlaugh just wondered can you hang sheets on the porch to cover the mess on the porch. Say you doing laundry, hanging the sheets up to dry. Just saying it might make things easier for you.
