Good Morning RoadRunner! I logged in this morning to find a post I had typed on Wednesday afternoon/evening but never posted... I have off today due to a error in my work schedule. Earlier this week I was given the opportunity to work if I wanted to, but I decided that I have so much to do at home, that I might as well take off. ta-da's: Up and made breakfast, not much else Sipping on tea. to-do: Too many things to list! Some items that I planned to do on Wednesday, but ran out of time: Water houseplants, fill bird feeder Paperwork that I have been putting off, renew vehicle registrations, mail local census. These things have been on my list for a while, I had lost the local census, but found it yesterday while looking for something else. Taxes, IRA Later: Schoolwork: participate in discussions Start preparing for mid-term exam.

Ta-da's: Watered the houseplants Filled the bird feeder Cleaned up the area where we feed the cat Mailed the census form. It just was picked up by the mail lady. Threw out a large bottle of vitamins that was 15 years expired. I take a few supplements every day. These were from a time about 17-18 years ago when DH was going to start taking supplements daily, so I purchased a couple years worth, specifically for him. He never took them, and just buried them behind things in his closet for years. There are several more bottles scattered around. He just moved some bottles from his closet to the basement. All should just be discarded. There are lots of old things laying around that should be discarded... Why do I have to be in the right mood to do it? Why do I hold in to this stuff? I think that I will find a use for them. You never know. to-do: Get the mail and check the coop for eggs complete the vehicle registrations on-line Laundry? School work

ta-da's: Got the mail from the mailbox and an egg from the coop. Renewed vehicle registration on 2 cars for 2 years each. Printed up documents. (They used to mail them to you. Not any more...) Started a load of laundry that includes some of my bedding. I have been getting very congested at night, so I really want to wash everything that is washable to help reduce the allergens.
to-do: Continue with laundry Clean up my room a bit. I really need to buckle down and do some major de-hoarding. Work on school work in maybe 30 minute intervals? I have an assignment to complete and also to prepare for a mid-term exam. More laundry

Attack/purge desk mess.. let's see what I can do.. church function with br & sil. 5-9PM Today's Notes (mostly for me, or optional for anyone!): What do you mean, this board is about cleaning? Barely, for me. Future (indefinite) * Study my brother's letters about serious non-personal topic; answer * Study another serious topic I'm interested in

Swap laundry Round up dirty laundry Fold & put away load bedding BREATHE and then BREATHE again ... very stressed today and feeling the pressure of everything So over 30 minutes on the phone with CVS and 3 different people. And no, they do NOT have her prescription. They are calling hospital/doctor again to try to get it. But we need that prescription MAILED to us and RECEIVED no later than April 5th! April 4th she will use her last injection. STRESSSSSS!!!!! Call Outpatient OT at hospital back. They want to schedule her therapy for ANYTIME that is NOT convenient for us. Okay .... they will put in referrals to 2 places closer to our house. Let's see how that goes. Now I will go see about getting that laundry started. And BREATHE some more.

4 hours is half a day Minerva! I am hereby giving you a gentle reminder to look after yourself! for Saturday Towels washed and out Lentils cooked in preparation for lentil burgers for dinner tonight Poo Patrol- didn't get done last week so it was a bigger job than usual. (This is a task I used to hate doing and I would ignore it and put it off for ages then it would be a big horrible job. I'd hate myself over it and tell myself I was a terrible dog owner who did not deserve to have a dog and everYone things I'm such a slob and this is the proof etc etc etc. Then I started doing it regularly, every week and I barely give it a thought. It is not a difficult job even when I miss a week and I actually feel good about myself because I do it so regularly. ) Into the city for a haircut and shopping Checked hens and collected an egg Threw away shower curtain and rubber shower mat and Sprayed bath with heavy duty cleaner in an effort to get rid of weird mould that's attacked the bath. Started another load of washing Stopped for coffee Txt friend Scrub bath Hang out washing

Thanks, razy . I'm trying, but I'm not very good about just walking away, especially on a Friday when I'm trying to anticipate what might happen over the weekend. I've been better about it lately, but this week has been bad. Done: Woke up at a reasonable time Opened downstairs curtains Put headphones back on to charge To Do: Get dressed and presentable Open bedroom curtains I want to go out for a bit - there isn't anything in particular that I need, but I think I'll wander into town for a bit, just for the walk. Maybe I'll buy a trowel.
