I posted something here but then changed my mind.
I decided that it wasn't worth the stress.
Love ya.

I would have deleted my post, but Moodle had already replied, so I just edited it to say "please ignore", so that Moodle's post wouldn't be hanging out there by itself, not making sense.
But if the mods would delete this thread, that would be good decluttering.
... unless you think we might need this thread for something someday? ...
Or maybe leave this thread out on the kitchen table overnight for further ruminating ... and then discard it in the morning?
or the mods could put it in the attic of things they save ... and bring it out next year for further decision-making?
Editing yet again ...
Perhaps the thread could be left here for people to trip over, and eventually not notice at all ... And then, once in a while, people could say "we ought to do something about that" and then continue to forget it and occasionally trip over it.

Although... we could take a screen cap and add it to a scrapbook...

Oh dear! Now I'm waffling on whether we should hang onto this thread or not. Hmm. Maybe we could keep it in a box for a while and see if anyone reads it? If no one reads it, we'll delete it... or donate it.

No, no... Don't do that, Celeste!
It's a perfectly good thread!
It just needs to be cleaned up a bit, and maybe repainted. It'll be beautiful!

Somebody somewhere is just waiting for a thread like this to complete their project. I'm sure we'll find them by random chance at some point, and we'll have just the thread to give them, if we can find it... if it hasn't gotten wet, or nibbled...

Okay.
Original thread title: (deleted)
First revised thread title: -- please ignore this post ---
Now I will have to give this thread a new title: "what to do with unwanted post?" And then everyone can weigh in with opinions.
And some people could misinterpret "unwanted post" ... and think I'm talking about junk mail (from postal mail) -- and thus confuse the discussion, causing me to make an elaborate explanation citing several sources.
Further debate will ensue, thus distracting everyone from their own housecleaning, and meanwhile, I could forget to reply because I've already gone on to another impossible issue.

And at some future point, someone will find it, laugh, and ask that we put it in 'Favorite Threads', thus proving that this thread, and the humor therein, is worth something vast indeed.

Oh crap, my cat just knocked over my cup of tea and it spilled all over this thread. Does anyone know how to get tea out of internet?

I wondered why I was suddenly doused with tea.
