Good day, gaylem! Well, I was a little disappointed earlier because I'd hoped to feel more energetic after a full night's sleep, but now I seem to be energetic, happy, alert, and moderately ambitious. Gonna see if I can ride this wave, and will award myself some celebratory emoji if I do so promptly. Washed dishes. Pulled partially dry items from dryer and hung them up. Disconnected one lingerie bag from the other, then used pliers on the bridge of the slider so the mesh can't get caught again. Work 20 minutes on most important project. Read all the doctors' emails I've been ignoring.
Decide on and order a new mop. Shower and dress. PUPA 10 minutes. Take a walk.

Good evening, guys and dolls. I have resigned myself to not putting up the tree this year. The Nativity set will be it. There are simply too few hours in the day with work taking over my off-hours.
TA-DAH 1. Picked up mail 2. Emptied wastepaper baskets into big bin 3. Wheeled big bin to street 4. Cleaned off outside vent-cover 5. Put away dry hanging clothes 6. Put away laundry from dryer
TO DO 1. Go back to work and grab stuff I still need to do 2. Put out Nativity set 3. A 20-minute hunt for stuff to throw out or recycle

Good morning everybody! Happy December!
Pleased to report I had maintenance in to fix my lavatory two days ago. It's a high-pressure system (large building), and I jokingly say that after the intake hose was replaced, I had a flush so strong I wondered if it might suck the soap right off the vanity. I'm very pleased. Though the house is definitely still very cluttered & disorganized, I'm confident the maintenance visit won't trigger a full-blown inspection call. Still much work to do though! I hope to get a few things accomplished today. No specific goals at the outset, let's see what happens!
Ta-Dos: (done for today!)
Ta-Das (reverse-chronological):
[x] eat [x] send mail (phew!) [x] errands/social
[x] shower [x] dress to shoes [x] one folding table away
[x] hoodies/jackets up [x] clear bed (phew!) [x] remake bed (also phew!)
[x] consolidate shred pile [x] clear stovetop (for dish rack) [x] clear recliner (for bedding)
[x] make/have/reboot coffee (all day) [x] bus overnight dishes/trash/toiletries [x] hydrate (all day)

Well no smileys for promptness or priorities, but at least I'm cleaned and dressed, and reinvigorated. Now I'm gonna disappear for a while and do the important stuff that would have been better addressed this morning. Pulled in the recycling bin. Donated boxed wine to landlord; no more temptation to screw up my sleep this way. Showered and dressed. Work 20 minutes on most important project. Read all the doctors' emails I've been ignoring.
Decide on and order a new mop. PUPA 10 minutes. Take a walk.

I have one trash bag and one recycling bag plus a room full of stuff to go through. Put all the dishes in a box just to clear up the sink area. Need to make a start. I used my floor steamer on the living room carpet slowly pulling it across then I vacuum it. I hope its fresh now it does look better.
