Angela, please do join in! And, I just happened to have completed research on cell phone providers, but my needs might be different than yours--I only use my cell phone when I leave the house, I still have a land line that I will probably never get rid of. I bought the cell phone for dog walking, because I wanted it in case there was an emergency or if a client had to reach me while I was out. Other than that, I don't use it. So, the company that made the most sense for me was Ting--I have ordered a phone that should be here any day and will start using it as soon as it arrives.
If your cell phone is your main phone, this isn't a good company, you can get cheaper plans. But if I use under 100 minutes a month, under 100 texts and only a small amount of internet, my bill should be under $20 per month.
I used to have a flip phone which is now malfunctioning, and they still make flip phones, but I decided to go with a smart phone because of my trips to my sister's house--it will be handy for things like checking the transit schedules and weather during the 2-hour+ trip.
I have not started my senior client invoice yet, hopefully this afternoon, when I'll be home from about 1:00 on.

Oh mimi, thank you for reviving this thread. I totally forget about it--and I really, really need this one.
I will come back and try very hard to do one of the many, many things I have been putting off. If I don't CONVENIENTLY FORGET!

I will be joining in too. I have several things that need to be done, that I have been putting off week to week.

I am so behind on weeding. That's what I seem to be able to ignore till I have trees! I'm giving myself this summer to get some things under control or I'm going to tear out some flower beds and bush hog them over!! I am over half done on my herb garden. Once I get that done, I'm going to pick one inside project to finish and one outside a week and get em done (or carry them over to the next week)

Started getting the shelves up in the laundry room. It was almost a procrastinated thing. It took me about 10 days or more to get the courage to do them. But, it is getting there. One shelf is up. Two more to go.
I want to hang the curtain rods in the bedroom tomorrow. That I have been procrastinating on. Or at least this week. One is up, but I bought new drapes, so I want to change them. So, two left to put up.
I do like this new drill. I am glad we bought it. It is cordless.

Usually when I buy things when second hand shopping, I'll leave them laying around in bags, almost afraid to go through them to see the quantity and delay decisions about where to put it all. Well, I noticed when I am shopping with a list, I have not been procrastinating and instead have been just putting things away, throwing old out to to make room for its replacement. I attribute that behaviour change to the positive influence of SOOS.

Huge procrastination marker dealt with. I have been retired for nearly a year. I still hadn't dealt with them, but I finally boxed them up and they are out the door. Feels great!

New battery for watch (one year procrastination). Finally was ready to tackle it yesterday but couldn't find the watch anywhere in the house. Looked and looked and then found it in the car glove compartment!
Second item: bought earring backings for various earrings that don't have a fastener, or needed a smaller one. I lost a favourite earring once because I had no backing on the dangling-type ones I loved. It was very upsetting but took 9 months before I bothered with resolving this small item,
Next up: following up on my mammogram appointment that hasn't been confirmed yet.

Wow, talk about winning the procrastination award. I still haven't come back here and used this thread. I did two things last week that qualify, I did a thorough cleaning of the front of my stove, and I sent photos to someone that I had planned to do for a couple of months. I WILL keep up with at least one item a week. Although, this week I would like to do several small items--I made a list of lots of little things that have been on my to-do list forever but keep getting pushed to the side. I hope to come back later with some more items for this week. Diane

So, Colorado Peaches arrived in town. I bought a case 8/6, and another case 8/10. I've eaten about half the first case. There they sat, in front of the stove. Plus, there's piles of other stuff on the kitchen floor. From the dining room cleanout: A paper box lid of tools & wood bits. A couple more boxes of this n that to finish household projects not yet started. A box of canned goods. A piece of lumber leaning on the wall, to hang pots on the wall. Gardening bucket, gardening shoes. It's a real obstacle course. There's scant inches between the peaches and the tools boxes-I mean, not enough room for two human feet. I rolled my eyes at the ridiculousness of it this morning. Moved things around in the fridge. Stuck the full box in the fridge. Got the dishpan (for fabric bits-so is new & clean) I cleaned last weekend, put the remainder of the partial case in the dishpan, and it fit in the fridge on top of the other case. (That section is structured for tall things, like Turkeys-I had to move a stack of egg cartons.) Yay!

Mouseanne, yum, that was a delicious problem you had! Good work finding room in the fridge so that they didn't spoil. I did a big item today, that was clean out my linen cabinet. I meant to do it for the June purge-a-thon but never got around to it, so I've been putting that one off for a while. I found a few things to throw out and a few to give away. I also did a small item, changing my calendars. Yes, to August, today, on August 20th. I have most of the day off tomorrow so I will come back here and list more procrastinated items that will be done by the end of the day! Diane

Well, I did manage a few items today.
I finished the last sorting of a huge bag of plastic bags that has been on my DR chair literally for months. I've had people save bags for me because I'm a dog walker and go through a lot of them, and our city has a bag ban which means that the stores aren't supposed to give out the cheap ones. So, I take whatever people can give to me so I don't have to actually buy pooper scooper bags. It's so nice to look into the DR and not see that messy looking shopping bag on the chair!!
I also emptied, sorted, and vacuumed out the corner of my 2nd BR where I store shipping supplies. It was mostly padded envelopes to re-use, but I actually only use a few a year, so I ended up getting rid of 2/3 of them. I've been meaning to do this for a long time, and the corner looks much neater now.
I also cleaned off a window sill that's hard to reach, it's behind a lateral file cabinet and it's a favorite cat sleeping spot, so it gets hairy, but it's hidden and I don't think about it often. I vacuumed it first, then washed as much of the sill as I could reach and put fresh linens there for the cats.
It's only Sunday, so I hope to add a few more items for the week to this list.

Today I moved DH's crutches out of the house. They had been leaned on the wall beside 'his' side of the bed 22 months. It was still hard. I also took pictures of his family off the wall.

May I join this thread? I have a major big thing to stop proscrastinating about, so as usual I made some bargains with myself and start working on other easier things I've been procrastinating about. It will help me to have to report here to keep me making progress. Today I took a tiny step on the DREADED task. Also forced myself to do some cleaning I've been avoiding, just so I could avoid the DREADED thing.
