Hi Diane and ohblondie Happy Monday Well I slept in today so our morning was a little rushed! Did manage to shower dress and make lunches. Cats were fed and out and in. My bed is made but rushed and messily Dropped off dd and also dropped off my Lenten challenge donation Now at work. No meetings!!!! I must use self discipline to really focus on some projects and not fritter my time away.

Hi, Diane, ohblondie, and magda. Sounds like everyone is off to a busy start this Monday.
Prissy got me up at 4:00. I felt well-rested, so I stayed up. I stripped the bed and washed the sheets and put them back on the bed. The blanket is drying and the throw is waiting its turn in the dryer. It will feel so good tonight to have clean bedding.
I'm wanting to clear off the rest of the items that I left on the kitchen floor after the cabinet clean-out yesterday. I also want to clear off some horizontal surfaces and work on mail. That should keep me busy.

Good morning Diane, ohblondie, magda, & seashell ... ... I hope everyone has a productive and positive Monday! It looks like rain here. It's a stay home day until an evening book group I plan to attend. (book is The Self Compassion Diet: A step by step program to lose weight with loving kindness). DONE: * shower * text and talked with friend looking for work * talked with friend needing a provider * called the minister at my spiritual community to make an appointment to meet individually * put the clean cat blanket back on the couch & placed pillows Today, I will prepare a bit more for my meeting with the minister tomorrow morning. I can't believe I made the call. I have (usually) poor follow thru with making phone calls. But I did it. And she had an appointment time available tomorrow at 11 which is perfect. I am feeling a little bit better with some dietary changes and still staying off the caffeine - strong - almost a month now and yesterday I delivered the diet coke 12 pack and some bottles I had to my niece for her motherinlaw who likes diet coke. It's water, water, water for me now and I'm doing good with that. Food wise I'm still not enjoying my food and struggle with cravings but we have NO sugary stuff in the house except the 2 natural sweeteners, maple syrup and honey. So right now I MUST get my desk organized so my mind can also be decluttered enough to do the work I am wanting to do to prepare to meet with our new minister. I have a good start with mind mapping and journaling I did and I have a month of "data" with my returning to the center -- so I should be able to come up with some sort of a starting point as to how I now fit in or do not fit in to the community.

Diane, it looks like the work on my building is over. I was given permission to put my patio furniture and other outside things back where they belong. I know we still need a new street number sign. Somehow, the workers have managed to mangle most of those around the complex. But the painting has been done, and I think that was the last of the work. I'm so glad!
The throw is the only thing left to finish off my bedding. It's in the dryer.
I've done a little work on stamps and will try to do some more this afternoon. I also put some donation items in the car.
I'm going to have lunch in a bit, then get back to work.

Welcome seashell and Chris! Seashell prissy is fortunate to have you . Getting up at 4 would be hard for me. My one cat was up really early on sat, the day I can sleep in a bit and wanted me up too. Today When I have to be up early all cats and humans slept in Chris wtg w water and no caffeine. I am drinking lots more re water. In fact I feel like I'll float away in the afternoons. I used to drink way too much diet soda but I cut way back about one year ago. We have a health committee at work that really promoted water drinking. It said when u r tired or hungry or have a headache you are probably really just thirsty. Water will take away your wrinkles!! .water will make u lose weight!!! But tbh I have not noticed any miracles from all my water drinking! But I like drinking it and now when I see co workers drinking dark colas at meetings it seems so unhealthy. I am really proud of this change. I know it must be so much healthier than my chemical diet soda. And the artificial sweeteners. Plus what a money saver! So I am at lunch. Drinking my water. I am slowly getting a project done and moved along. Hope to finish it by mid afternoon. Despite my water I do feel like napping;)

Seashell, I'm glad the work is over, you must be relieved--it seemed to go on forever. Chris and magda, I have recently tried to cut back on the diet soda also. I love drinking water but I've gotten in the habit of drinking the soda when I'm thirsty instead of drinking it just as an occasional treat. So I'm cutting back too. I'm home from mid-day work, and I don't have to go out again today. I'm eating lunch now and will start working ASAP. Diane

I went through a basket of ironing that's been sitting around forever. It had spring and summer clothes in it left over from last year. Since we are having warm temperatures all this week (and probably on after), I am putting those in the wash so I can wear them. I'm gradually putting my winter clothes away. We never had much of a winter this year. I got the kitchen floor picked up and will work on the living room floor next. I'm pleased with the progress I am making today.

Good morning everypony! Happy Monday! Looks like everyone is off to a good start.
I'm off to a slow start--I keep ruminating about the falling out with my friend. I also had to work late, so then was up late. I'm hoping I can kick it up a notch. I've got eight days until I'm out of the country for 10 days, so need to pay attention!
I don't really like drinking water, so I bribe myself with carbonation (LOVE my sodastream), a little bit of coconut water, and lemon or lime juice. I slacked off this winter, and my labwork showed it, so I am trying to get back on the wagon.
Today I have to take Spooky to the vet.
DONE: put stuff away that I dropped last night (had to call DXH back) took picture in bathroom when there was a little light fill med minder took meds check email delete some started today's list checked calendar read/posted mugs washed, dried, put away glasses washed, drying in racks more glasses soaking
