Scholar, good work on your sorting today. Are the sealed boxes going to be moved to CA with you? Or into long term storage?
I have eaten and been updated on news. While waiting on Comcast I started sorting out one bin of medical supplies I had left over from my shelter days, I threw away some things and organized the rest in ziploc bags. I should probably throw away some more but not now. I'm going to finish putting that bin back together and try to do a little more sorting before giving up for the evening.
TO DO:
Clean up from late lunch/early dinner Put med supplies bin back together and back in closet Post in moving thread Check out bedroom book bin to see what's in there

Diane sorry about Com cast!!!
Work this afternoon got stressful. Three stressful meetings in a row -we are all asked to go more than we can.
Left on time after working late the last few days
Full disclosure: my “eat down the supplies” plan took a turn! I went to the grocery store and bought some veggies and cheese and impossible burger and soup and other food. Otherwise we would have been eating straight carbs (pasta) for the rest of the week
Came home Put away groceries Fed cats Fed us DD was full of stories tonight!
Now I am going to set the timer and do half hour of chores

Well, now I had an hour long call and it wasn't even from my regulars! My senior client's neighbor, who talks to me all the time when I'm on their street, called and had all kinds of things she wanted to talk about. My sister called before and I told her I'd call her back at nine, figuring that would give me two hours to work, but an hour was taken up talking on the phone. Plus my decluttering client called.
I'm supposed to go shopping tomorrow, I'm trying really hard not to stock up on food now because I have a good supply and I'm trying to keep from overloading again, but I think it will be good for me to get out. So that's most of tomorrow taken up with shopping/lunch.
I'm going to start getting ready for bed now, that way when I get off the phone with my sister I won't have much left to do.

Well, true to form, it's now 3/4 of the way through the time frame and Comcast is still not here. I came home and had a snack and did some more straightening up, and I'm still waiting. Diane Frustrating!

magda - sorry about the stressful meetings. I think it's still good you went to the store just for the few items you needed. Yah -- straight carbs might not be the best. Diane - sounds like you have had a busy day and still a busy night with calls. It's not quite 7:30 here but it feels like it's after 9 pm. Work was typical for a Tuesday - pretty quiet. Me struggling to find things to fill in the time when there were no calls and I had all my things done I needed done before the end of the day. My co-worker wanted me to do another test run on a ream of paper to see if it was okay. Last Tuesday we tried it out and had some issues. He's looking for a cheaper option since he is now in charge of ordering all our paper. But our machine shoots things out so fast it needs to be a semi-decent quality. Well it worked fine today. I can tell a difference in the quality -- slightly lighter weight than what we have. Worse case scenario is after he orders, it is garbage and we have to limp along with garbage paper for 2 months. It happened before when he tried another company and it really made the night drag on dealing with paper jams galore. I did not have to cook dinner -- just got everything out for tacos so everyone could assemble their own. The kids don't like tacos but quesadillas are okay so I made 2 of those for 2 kids and then pizza rolls for K. They also had chips. Husband wasn't feeling good before I came home. But he ate one taco "bowl" (bought those bowl shaped tortillas) and seemed okay. It was a good family dinner up until when we were done and I noticed a "pool" of liquid under K. I thought "gosh did you spill your drink? I don't think so." Oh she let loose and her pullup overflowed. Hubby cleaned up that while I took care of the leftover food and dishes. Dishwasher is running now. I took care of some cardboard boxes when I came home too. Daughter took care of the small trash this afternoon and of course the litter boxes. (I am so glad that is her regular job! I only have to do it if she goes away overnight.) I am going to go watch a little TV before bed. Gosh -- still have 1.5 or 2 hours before I head off. Good night all!

Oh she let loose and her pullup overflowed.
Angie, clearly, your work is never done.
Good night magda, hopefully tomorrow you will have NO stressful meetings!
I talked to my sister for over an hour, she's really getting excited about my coming there--she has a long time to wait, though.
I thought I would get half of my night time routine done before I talked to her, but I got it all done...it's so short now. I'm constantly thinking I'm forgetting to do something, then I remember all the cat jobs are no longer.
I do still have to turn the plant lights off, then I will get to bed. Good night everyone, see you in the morning.

Good morning everypony!
I got up early because I got places to see and people to go but so far I am mostly sitting at my laptop. Thanks, Diane! I am storing in GA, at least until we sell the house, as we have room now that DXH is selling his tools, so they will be out of the way of laying the carpet.

Well Haven't got a lot of indoor stuff done lately. Of course. I'd much rather be outside doing garden stuff. But the house is getting worse and worse so something must be done and since I'm the only human in here it is up to me.
Today's Mission: Tidy up the bedroom and figure out where the kittens are pooping. Cuz it sure stinks in here!
I am all ready to get started, have a clean tub to put some things in and lots of empty feed sacks for trash. 15 min at a time

Good afternoon everyone! I had hoped to be home earlier than usual today, and I actually came home later than usual. So, not good to spend an entire day out, but nothing I can do about it now. I put the frozen/refrigerated stuff away and that's all I'm going to do for a while--I'm going to catch up on news and will slowly put my other stuff away. I did try not to overbuy on food, but I actually found a couple of plants and bought them, since it didn't involve shipping them in the cold weather. I usually can never find anything I want locally, but I found two very small sansevierias that were on my wish list. If anyone is familiar with them, they are "cylindrica" and "boncellensis"--the leaves are cylindrical instead of flat. Just what I needed. I also finally got the insulating tape for the windows. All my shopping is put away, which is miraculous since it usually sits out for 2 days. I just ate dinner, and will now get ready for bed.
TO DO:
Clean up from dinner Give birds fresh water Feed birds Restock water in fridge
